The Toddler Box- Monthly

This has been a ton of fun for my toddler and she’s learning lots! Onky giving 4 stars for 2 reasons: 1. One of the crafts was mislabeled with the name and supplies but the instructions was for another craft. 2. It would be nice to know when to keep certain materials to for a future craft (example: the pom poms were intended to keep for multiple crafts)

The general idea of this product could be amazing & that is why i ordered it. I was greatly disappointed when i opened it to find some construction paper, 2 sheets of stickers, cotton balls, 3 paper cups, 1.5 paper plates, popsicle sticks, a tiny measuring cup & whisk. Oh & a thing of play dough for an activity that makes zero sense. Essentially, craft supplies probably equaling not even 1/10th of the total cost of the box. I figured the instruction kit would at least be laminated to have for future use & it is simply printer paper. Also, every activity for this month is flower themed - which, i understand it is the may box & tis the season - maybe adding a gender specific themed box option would be something worth looking into down the road. Ultimately, i do not think this is a product worth spending $58 on & i’m honestly upset with myself for succumbing to the facebook ads.

This was a really disappointing experience. The quality of the items in this box is extremely low, honestly comparable to things you could find at a dollar store or order in bulk online for a fraction of the price. There’s nothing unique or thoughtfully curated about it, especially not enough to justify nearly $50 a month. The biggest issue though is the subscription itself. It was unnecessarily difficult to cancel, and customer service was not helpful at all. I reached out simply trying to stop the next shipment and request a refund before being charged again, and instead of support, I was met with unhelpful and rude responses. Overall this feels very overpriced for what you get, and the lack of decent customer service makes it worse. I would not recommend this to anyone. Save your money and put together your own toddler activities for much less.
