29 - Arctic (Blue) Water Activated Graphic Liner

Looks great

Dries super fast once applied so make sure you work fast to make it look how you want it to, but it's also super easy to clean up any mistakes from application. The container was a little smaller than I thought it would be, but it will work great for the Renn Faire that I'll be wearing it to.

I think I used the wrong brush? (Cosplay test 1)

It's such a pretty color and I ended up using it as a base and put the same color eyeshadow on top of it. I had trouble with the application though. My brush wasn't picking it up and the layer was so thin, so I changed to my finger but it wasn't spreading as well. I liked it but I definitely want to know a better way to apply it.

A Little Goes a Long Way

I bought this for a cosplay of Cloud Retainer from Genshin Impact and it's absolutely perfect! Such a beautiful color and while the container looks small, for your average person who uses this eyeliner regularly and as intended for eye looks (not painting yourself lol), this will last a LONG time. The videos don't lie at all.
