Water Activated Eyeliner

I love the water activated eyeliner, the best way to use it is with setting spray not water. My one note is that the black is very green based and I wish it was red based so it would match more of my makeup and not look so green to me, but over all a fantastic and vibrant palette.

Absolutely love. I use it for my eyebrows in various colors, my everyday colors are green and black to match my hair. I would love it if we could buy refills of the individual colors because my green and blue are pretty much empty so I bought a new one
