Great water activated eyeliner

Bought this for a costume, works great as face paint (which is what I used it for). I find this and a paintbrush much more manageable than typical eyeliner. It is very pigmented and I found that there will be some transfer/smudging unless you use I face powder (which is what I used) or potentially a setting spray? With the powder the eyeliner has very good staying power and I had no issue with transfer/smudging.

Exactly as advertised

This product came exactly as I expected, and it works just like in the videos. The only thing I would change about my order is ordering earlier. I got this product for my minion Halloween costume 6 days before Halloween. I would recommend placing your order 1-2 weeks before you need it to arrive :)
