I’ve been mouthtaping for about a year and tried about four different brands. There is no mouthtape that is better quality than Köppen. The seal is fantastic and non-intrusive when removing it in the morning and the material is extremely flexible and comfortable over the mouth while sleeping. Will only be purchasing this mouth tape going forward !

There are plenty of mouth tapes out there, but you need to consider this is going to be in contact with your lips all night each time you use it.
