I'll be honest, I first purchased the oil pull just to see what the huff was about. I never expected to feel a bit bereft when I am running out. I didn't know my mouth was so dry until I knew what hydration felt like. My gums are conditioned and so healthy. Your breath smells better all day. Tongue holds less residue. It's just what you need.
