St. Louis Style BBQ Rib Rub

Great spice mixture from what I consider my home town. Great on ribs and a local favorite, pork steaks.

This is just one of many staples from Nutmeg Spice Company I keep in my kitchen. I'll usually mix this with another one of their BBQ seasonings to get a really good flavor profile with whatever I'm cooking.

Best rib rub ever. I own a meat market and I sell smoked ribs with this rub on them. My customers rave over the ribs !!!!!
