I have never tried any pounches of any kind but was curious if it could help with mouth health. Its been a week so i cant talk to the actual bebefits with my teeth (will wait for my oral cleaning appointment) but i do feel like its helping whitening and it does give fresh breath!

Arrived quickly. Bought the caffeinated version for my husband and the decaf for myself. They are lightly sweet and very minty. I used a pouch before bad and woke up with surprisingly fresh breath. Seems like a winner of a product!
