My son had asked for a paddle board for his birthday. I was overwhelmed by the options, and wasn't making much headway doing my own research. I tried calling Hydrus with little hope of an answer given the time of day. Jason was not only kind enough to take my call, patiently listen and educate me, he even offered to remain available for a bit longer just in case I came up with any further questions. That kind of customer service has become a rarity! Between that, the reviews I'd seen, and the Hydrus warranty and return policies I was more than happy to support this company. Strong work Jason!

The best tool ever!

Not sure why I had a paddleboard for 10 years and never got a pump... This one works super well, quick, not too noisy, simple to use. I only used it once but now I won't be afraid to deflate my paddleboard again as I know I won't get tendinitis trying to inflate it again ;) Would be nice to have an adapter to plug it into AC power.

My JoyRide XL has arrived in Alaska, and it hasn’t been on the water yet. But I’m writing to give a BIG shout out to Hydrus’s amazing customer service. As soon as I decided that I wanted a Hydrus board, I called Jason and asked for help in selecting the right board for me. He was extraordinarily accessible and helpful. Plus, he and his staff when out of the way to work out the logistics of getting the board to me in a cheap and inefficient way. I’ll update the review when I use the board. In the meanwhile, I am impressed with the awesome customer service at Hydrus!
