Excellent service

I'm very pleased with the fast service. Everything was wonderful and just as I had ordered. I had wanted to complete my ChiaoGoo needles and all that went with them. A few years ago, I had started with the complete set of TWIST 5-Inch Red Lace Stainless Steel Interchangeable Knitting Needles. Now, being retired, I wanted lots more cables and the Mini set of needles. Smartisans made it so convenient to look at all the different possibilities and to order from a company that was an authorized dealer for ChiaoGoo products which meant a lot to me.

TWIST Cord and metal 5” metal needles

The tendency to snag the yarn at the TWIST join prevents me from giving them the highest rating which all the other products in the Chiao Goo line I’ve used well deserve, including a few wooden fixed shorties with plastic cords that I bought years ago. Those twist but do not snag. They are very well made and the snagging could be the nature of twist cords with metal parts. Smartisans service and delivery were excellent and I will continue to use them to buy other non TWIST Chiao Goo needles.
