INIKA Organic Brow Pencil

I don't know what's going on, but I just got this 2 days ago or so, went to use it, the tip broke off, I tried sharpening it, it's white in places, the wood splinters and breaks right with the pencil! 1/3 is gone and I haven't been able to use it. I emailed them requesting a replacement or refund with a picture yesterday, so far no response.

Best Eyebrow Pencil I Have Ever Used

This eyebrow pencil is perfect for thin eyebrows. Due to a thyroid condition, I have lost 2/3 of both my eyebrows. I love this pencil. I also like the fact that it is made in Italy and not China!

Amazing formula but poor design

I love the ingredients, I love the long-lasting effect this brow pencil gives. It is the most perfect natural eyebrow makeup I have found! my only dislike is that it's a pencil that has to be sharpened. I have wasted so much product with it breaking off as I sharpen it and it only last me a few weeks to a month at most, when there are other brow products that last me a few months with no waste... I would really love it if it was a retractable pencil somehow or a pomade with a brush
