Sooooo cute holds alot

I haven't received the item and haven't received a response to my email to the company either about the status of my purchase. I received a shipping notification on December 15 saying it was going out but nothing has been updated on the USPS tracking site since. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift from my mom and my doula bag for my new business. I'm not sure how else to reach the company since there's no phone number listed. I wish I had the bag to actually give feedback on it.
