I grabbed a bag of this blend while visiting Carmel a few weeks ago and already re-ordered 2 more lbs 💗 Besides having a name that inspires me to get up and spend a little time creating each morning, this blend has the perfect balance of richness and softness for my morning (without too much acid!). The flavor is full and nutty and not overly harsh. 10/10
