Classic Oval Dutch Oven

Love it!

I've baked sourdough bread in it twice so far and am currently making spaghetti sauce in it....low and slow for 12 hours. It's light but very sturdy. Very pretty too! I like the design of it and its shape means I can put both oval and round loaves in it. It's going to get a LOT of use in my kitchen!

I just purchased the oval Dutch oven last month because it’s the perfect size for cooking our turkey breast for Thanksgiving, and also making soups in the winter time. I didn’t get to use it for Thanksgiving because it didn’t arrive until the day after but I have our Christmas turkey waiting for it. I have many pieces of this cookware, some I’ve had for many years and I love it all. It’s easy cleaning and gives me peace of mind knowing that I’m cooking in something that’s totally none toxic.
