Infrared PEMF Mat Mini

Very useful and could be improved

I'm glad I bought this mat and have found several uses for it. I use it on my lounge chair and the heating function helps me to keep warm without needing to heat the entire room. During the day I sometimes use the PEMF function set to 10Hz, which helps me to stay relaxed and focused while doing work on the laptop. In the evening I switch the PEMF setting to 3Hz which helps me to get a better night's sleep. The reasons for only 4 stars are the dreadful lack of instructions sent with the product and the fact that the controller is quite clunky. It beeps loudly with every button press and it could do with a clip of some sort so it can be attached to a chair.

I know I need to keep using it :)

So far, I'm very pleased! It's comfortable to lay on, so no problem to lay on it for the timer amount. I know I'm not supposed to see noticeable results for weeks to a couple of months, but I can't see any reason I couldn't continue using the mat.

Better Sleep

I've had this mat for a few weeks now and have noticed an improvement in the quality of my sleep. Being in my 60s, sleep has become difficult for me as I wake up very early and cannot get back to sleep. Since using the mat, I've been able to go back to sleep or not wake at all until morning. This is a huge win for me. I really like this company for their quality products and customer service.
