Statement Commuter Backpack in Neon Pink

Had this bag before… its pretty small but durable. Gave it away and then missed it so I reordered it

I love my bag and so does everyone else.

This bag is a replacement for a bag I previously had. I had the bag for about a year before actually carrying it. Then about 6 months into it, the straps started to separate from the seams. I reached out to the company and I had no idea that the bag would still be covered under warranty. Customer service was incredible in guidng me through the replacement process. I will definitely continue to shop with this company!!
