Overall, I think these things are great and customer service is very responsive. I would have given it five stars except this review is after having to have it replaced because the original cracked after just a few uses. But they replaced basically with no questions asked. I just sent them an email with some pics and they got back to me right away. I had a new toilet within a week. Thanks.
