I originally pre-ordered this album and it arrived in poor condition, however after contacting the Inspected team they covered that issue by sending a second copy. Greatest customer service I ever had in a while, definitely worth the 5 stars.

Purchased the deluxe edition with a signed vinyl jacket, only to receive a severely damaged product due to careless packaging. Despite the outer box remaining unharmed, the jacket inside was left to slide and suffer the worst damage I've encountered. Numerous attempts to address the issue have been met with silence, leaving me high and dry with no resolution in sight. Hoping for a genuine effort from the team to rectify this, and if they do, I'll consider updating my review accordingly
