Diamond Shower Filter Replacement

I installed the showerhead filter per instructions but the water pressure began to decline after 2 weeks. By the third week i yad to throw it all away. The water felt clean and smelled less like chlorine. The reason that i rated yhis so low is that thr service is lacking. I have been a customer for 2 years and have had repeated issues with customer service. I requested to returb the showerhead replacement filter and have sent several emails without a response. I also have thr water faucet filter which broke and i cant get them to replace it. I now have 2 faucet filters and a shower head filter that i cannot use. Theres a combination of disappointing things here. Poor product quality is one and the other is thr companys refusal to take ownership and provide follow up.
