While many folks are loath to eat tongue, due to the mental thoughts of doing so, they need to open their minds and appreciate good beef when it is prepared well!
Follow various recipes, including an instant pot for 75 minutes on high pressure, then smoke for a half an hour+ to give it more flavor. Fantastic on tacos, sandwiches, curry rice with brown gravy, etc. So many recipes can be prepared with tongue done properly that taste so great!
