absolutely exceeding my expectations! the piece and quality was better than anything i had ever expected or have experienced! 🖤

the customer service was very helpful and polite and helped me instantly! The quality of the dress is overall good but sadly the sleeves aren't symmetrical (one is longer than the other) and some seams are lose which is upsetting regarding the high price... i also had to pay 60€ for customs duty since i live in the eu which isn't the brands fault but probably should be noted somewhere when you market yourself as "shipping free".

Overall, the dress is beautiful! However, (for the dress I received) I noticed that the length of fabric between the armpit and corset is different from the left vs the right side of the dress. By a whole inch, which causes a weird extra bulging on the side. It’s something I can tuck and pin, so it’s not too much if an issue, but I was expecting more consistency due to the cost of the dress (although, I do understand it’s a small company). The ribbon ends needed to be re-burnt to keep them from coming undone, and there was a loose thread at the lace. But rest of the dress is built sturdy and I’m so happy to have a built-in corset dress! I would love a long sleeve version of this dress! I wish the width of the sleeves were just ever so slightly wider since the elastic shrinks them. For my first product from this company, I’m happy at first impressions and hope it holds up over time.
