RAVENCROSS - TOP

THIS TOP IS SO SEXY AND SO PERFECT!!!! There is a zipper on the side which makes it really easy to get on and off. The laces in the front are perfectly adjustable to allow me to decide how much I want showing. And the back corset lace up is so amazing and makes me SNATCHED!! And the velvet is just such an amazing texture. All in all this top is perfect and amazing and gives such rockstar girlfriend vibes. Its amazing

so i originally bought this top for a concert, and when i first tried it on it was perfect. so today is the day of the concert and when i was going to put the top on the zipper broke. It came off the track, and even when i got it back on it still will not stay zipped. i also seen another review stating the same problem. im very disappointed because i paid over 90$ for this top and i expected good quality. i had to end up last minute wearing something else i had in my closet.

zipper broke when i tried it on even though i applied minimal pressure.. after paying over 100€ for a top i expected it to withstand being zipped up. ive emailed you guys twice about it and messaged on instagram but im being met with automated responses yet i still have emails asking to leave a positive review 😭 im in love with the top im just disappointed that i paid so much for the quality to not be there and id like a partial refund or some sort of compensation.
