Absolutely lovely. Getting me through med school - the flavor is great and its so easy to make. I actually have had other people ask me about Alanis. If I could be an ambassador, I would be. If you're considering any Alani just know the cotton candy is unlike any other energy drink I have ever had.

I am loving the convenience of having my favorite flavor in stick form! I toss a couple into my bag for work or scouts and I have energy on the go, just add to my water bottle.
