Just as good as the energy!

I love this flavor as an energy drink, but don't always want the caffeine. I have loved this as a post workout pick me up - the flavors taste the same. BCAAs have been an amazing addition to my routine - I feel stronger at the end of the week!

Such a yummy supplement! Serves as a healthier and more delicious replacement for liquid IV, in my opinion.

It's my favorite flavor! I prefer Alani over other brands hands down!
