Pins bent on arrival

Bit disappointing this time for my order, has never had a problem with any others items I've purchased, as this was a ds lite replacement game cartridge slot, which has a lot of pins which have to be soldered to the motherboard, a lot were bent, reason was this was put in a paper bag rather than a small box to protect the pins, the bag came in a box, did complain about this and it's been duly noted that they will look into this for future deliveries as this only adds extra time to a job to fix the pins before soldering it in.
