Great Color, Easy Install, Issue with Buttons Fit

I'll start by saying I wish I could give this a 3.5, but since I can't I really can't justify more than 3. Pros: *I really love the color options of this shell. The one called Mint is the closest to the soft, spring green I wanted for my cute GBA build. And I didn't expect this, but it's also glow-in-the dark, which I think is neat. *I was really set on the all-enclosed Hispeedido IPS screen, and the fit and installation with this shell that's made for it was soo easy and smooth! Cons: *I am having the same issue many others have reported where the buttons I like seem to fit with pretty significant gaps in several places. My A & B buttons have enough play that if I tip the console back and forth, they rattle a bit. Still usable, but it makes the Gameboy feel kind of cheap compared to a normal/better fit. And the Shoulder buttons have gaps between the front and back plates big enough that they wiggle back and forth, and also I worry about more dirt & dust than usual making it's way into the case. I'm thinking about buying another one to see if the problem is inconsistent and not all individual shells are the same. I'll update this review if I do.

Best fit for IPS Screen

I'm always a bit wary when something is released that only fits one type of shell, but the Hispeedido shell is very well made and I had no issues with installing my old GBA in this with a new laminated screen.

Solid shell, great color

Love this shell, feels very durable and I had no issues with cracking like some other reviews. The Hispeedido IPS V5 screen fit perfectly in the shell and I love the look, feels like a cross between the OEM glacier and indigo shells. The hole for the A button is a little wide so it does feel a little more wobbly, but all the buttons still work perfectly fine with the my old GBA's membranes. The power switch is also pleasantly snappy. Great purchase!
