Beautifully finished, high quality product. Very happy every time I look at it. The shipment arrived timely. The product was double boxed and wrapped in a plastic bag inside a nice velour pouch...impressive!! The instruction is a little intimidating but much easier when you set it up physically. Will buy again from Dukwin.

Poor customer service, I didn’t like the product. They said it was personal preference and wouldn’t let me return. Controls are hard to program. Spend the money on a WOLF WATCH WINDER. Skip the Dukwin.
