Side zipper ruins it

The zipper on the side causes the one side to balloon and puff out in an unusual and stiff way. Makes the entire dress look super awkward. Torso part is extra long, skirt part is extra short. But I could’ve made it work if it wasn’t for that side zipper. It completely ruins the dress. And when you want o return something, you have to pay a restocking fee. Was such a hassle to even receive this dress. And now I’m still out money for it.
