Love the shoes, but customer service is lacking.

The shoes themselves are beautiful and exactly the style I was hoping for, but the sizing did not work for me. I normally wear a size 9 in heels, and this pair felt noticeably too large, so I reordered them in an 8. 5. Unfortunately, because the original pair was final sale, Betsey Johnson would not allow me to return or exchange the size 9 even though my order history clearly showed that I immediately purchased the exact same shoe in the smaller size. I really wish there had been more flexibility for a straightforward sizing issue. I love the look of the shoe, but I would recommend paying very close attention to sizing before ordering - especially if the item is final sale. They're customer service in this area is lacking.

Unique , different and beautiful

These sandals are breathtaking! I loved how comfortable they are. I am 55 years old and spend my days on flats or sneakers. I wore these sandals for an event called The Best of Westchester. For more than 4 hours, I walked, danced and stood on my feet with no problem. I highly recommend them !

I cannot say enough about these shoes. Beautiful, fun, flirty and will compliment any outfit! A MUST have shoe if you’re on the fence. If I could afford it, I would buy EVERY pair of Betsey Johnson women’s shoes! They’re so good!! 👏🏼👏🏼😎🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼
