I was super impressed with how kaylaan handled me needing a replacement. I thought it was just a charger issue, but after trying that and not working they sent me a new kit that even came with another extra brush head ! I'll continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you

These last a long tine,work well and honeslty not much different than plastic heads.
