Peony Roots - Duchesse De Nemours

No luck

I followed the planting instructions, and consulted the internet after no sprouting for weeks. I planted this months ago and no leaves or growth as of yet. I'm afraid I may have received a dud. :(

As expected

I bought 5. It’s year 1, end of May in zone 5/6. I didn’t expect any flowers on them in this first year but it looks like I have a few coming! All 5 plants grew well and 4/5 are a good size already.
