These trackers are really cute and I know they will really help me accomplish tasks.

I love the Hero Journal and all the accessories that come with it! The bookmarks/habit trackers are very convenient and help with accountability.

I am using the journal in two ways, the first is as a way to track my QUEST = changing my habits to being healthier and more fit. The other is that I do my journaling before bed... I turn off all electronics and sit with just the journal to review my day - both wins and not-so-wins. This is one of the re-habiting my sleep prep for the night!
