Wildflower Honey

This honey reminds me of fields and fields of flowers and me right in the middle of those fields. This honey is sweet, but not overly so and the fragrance is delightful. The taste is beautiful. Who would have thought one could eat the essence of flowers in this form. This honey goes well in my hot teas and on my biscuits!
