Excellent. Does just what I wanted.

I have been using a Sage Oracle on a daily basis for 6 years. Built like a tank but in spite of many attempts to get a decent crema or even a great cup of coffee it failed to deliver on either. After sales service was just beaurocratic and unhelpful. The Gaggia is a breath of fresh air. It gives you choices of what coffee you want but these are also variable within the style you choose. It has made coffee interesting again and we are drinking and enjoying more cups of coffee each day Excellent product.
