Not wide enough

Wouldn’t work on my elderly father’s foot. I previously (2 years ago) bought him shoes from Kizik that were a completely different style that were kind of like a mule but with the full heal. They worked great for him. Disappointed they no longer carry that style

I cannot wear this shoe because I ordered size 11.5 triple EEE extra wide; and instead I received a size 10 and very slim insole that made these shoes unwearable! Please refund the purchase price. Thank you sincerely!
