Helios is an amazing product . The ability to keep track of my sons hockey progress and compare it to his pervious session is such a valuable tool. I know what to exactly focus on whether its skills building,, explosiveness, agility or balance, the helios device tells you exactly where the weaknesses are. Plus the app gives you detailed training videos to work on them. I also like the fact it tracks shift times, so you can see exactly when rhey went on and for how long. It really is a cutting edge tool and so much more. I can honestly say within the first 3 months of using the helios my son has progressed more with his hockey development than he has done in the past year. I highly recommend this product

Versatile and Accurate!

I use Helios between beer league, coaching, publis skates, and stick and pucks with my kids. The Helios detects the rest periods and I love it! Best skill building tool I've gotten so far.
