Flash F20 All-In-One Home Gym

Really enjoying my flash F20! It does everything that I need all in my garage gym! I recommend upgrading to the aluminum wheels and the 200lb stack upgrade. This took me a couple hours to assemble. The directions were more clear than I expected and easy to understand. I had no issues with shipping. I will attach a picture of my garage gym in northern Arizona!

It’s a beautiful machine but I have my regrets buying it because it’s not the best fit for me. It’s too short since I am 6’2”. The 200lb. Weight stacks on each side are actually 100lb since they’re a 2:1 ratio. I can’t combine the 2 stacks when doing back rows and one stack is too light for me. The Preacher curl on the bench is absolutely horrible. But that’s just me I’m sure this machine is perfect for others. The customer service was great as well. Thanks.

I got the F20 for my son and he loves it. This is a quality piece of equipment and it will last forever. It’s easy to use and you can do anything on it. It looks great and customer service couldn’t have been any better. I would definitely recommend the F20 and out of all the other companies you could buy from I would definitely go with Flash Fitness for your home gym.
