SLIM Stability Stirrup Leathers™

I am 5’5” and ordered the 54” dressage stirrups. I’ve ridden in a size 54” in the stability leathers for years without issue. The quality and style of the slim leathers is super, and they feel great under my legs. Unfortunately, I need the length set on hole #9 of 12, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to tuck the end into the sleeve for this length. This leaves a bubble or bump in the leathers between the buckle and the sleeve. I spent the greater part of an hour wrestling with these things and the best I could do was hole #8, which is too long. Making matters worse, my trainer needs the leathers set on hole #11. There is no shorter option unless I purchase the brown 48” for my black dressage saddle. So these are basically useless to me, unless I want a bubble in the leathers poking my horse’s sides. Not cool. Seriously, is there a secret to tucking the end into the sleeve???

They are perfect and fit my small Icelandic saddle perfectly.there is no lump under where the leathers attach at the hook for the stirrup leather due to no buckle and my saddle does not have keepers so they look nice and tidy. Worth every penny. I love everything I purchase from this company the quality is amazing.

I love it. Though I wish there was a smaller size. My leg feels more stable and it took a lot of the stress off my ankle.
