Just what I was looking for, a natural wool rug that could easily be cared for (wash and go style.) Feels plush underfoot and doesn’t require complicated care.

Horrible customer service. I thought I had ordered a runner and snipped the tag before I laid it out which I have never done. I have a brain injury so that’s likely why. I reached out and the customer service was cold and didn’t care that I actually wanted the more expensive rug and had bought several others. They do not care about their consumers so I’m never giving another dime and will make sure everyone knows how much they do not care.
