Excellent customer support!

After two years my dispenser quit working and I was unable to charge it. I reached out to customer support and within two days I received a replacement!!! The process was very easy and I was very happy with my experience!!

So far so good

Functions as expected but a bit disappointed that having to use the SH soap line is the only way to keep the sensor pump from leaking :/

Replacement dispenser works well (so far)

Loved our first rechargeable soap dispenser. Rechargeable dispenser is much better than having to replace batteries in our previous Simplehuman soap dispensers. However, the first one only lasted about 4 months before it would empty out all the dish soap on its own periodically , especially over night. Simplehuman customer support was very helpful iin trying fix it, but eventually sent a replacement which is working well so far. We like the dispenser and hope the replacement unit continues to work.
