I love it! It was for a replacement that was under warranty. No hassle, professional, great customer service. Within a week I had my replacement. I have other items by SH. LOVE them all!!!

Beautiful but Exorbitantly Pricey

The 14oz. Sensor Pump w/Dish looks great on my counter, and the soap dispenser works perfectly. One star removed for the outrageous price of something that essentially does one simple thing - dispensing soap. And while the sponge holder is nice, it seems a bit ridiculous that I couldn’t buy just the dispenser when that’s really all I needed. Simplehuman products are great, but affordable only to idiots like me.
