Terrible customer experience

Purchased this rug at full price for our nursery and it went on sale for 20% off 2 days later. Reached out to customer service, and they refused to do a price adjustment. Ended up returning it.

weird message and very muted color

Agree with Jessica's review. One side of the rug has an odd message about cotton which is not in the listing photos. The green is very muted and blends with the cream dots so there is just no contrast. It is very soft though so that is great but the color makes it not useful for our space.
