Delightful, complex, and revitalizing
A balanced blend of passion flower and mushroom umami hit immediately, followed by a long lasting apricot sweetness. There is some bitterness, but no astringency, and the bitter notes compliment the sweet flavors and the subtle earth tones nicely. Wood notes begin to come out in later infusions; sweet and floral notes remain present throughout 13 infusions. Recommend 90 or 92 degrees C, but can definitely handle 95 without becoming sharp and astringent.

Lovely White Tea
This tea was my first try of white teas, it was pretty good i probably didn't brew it properly but i still got little bitterness and could taste the sweet and floral notes. I hope to buy a full Cake in the future.
