Shirt fits well and is comfortable. Honestly hard to tell how much benefit it provides for back inflammation. It’s not has obvious as say the knee sleeve for relieving pain. But hey, every little bit helps.

I was unsure about the shirt when I bought them, but after working out in both I absolutely love them. They really do make a difference I noticed in the way my body felt overall. Now they just need to offer in other colors.
