The fabric crossbody strap that I added is a must- it allows you to switch from a shoulder strap to crossbody in 2.2 seconds without adding or removing other straps. Customer service was one of the most outstanding experiences in recent memory, and this comes from someone who has extensive customer service experience. Love this company and its products.

I have several ClareV handbags but this is definitely a favorite. Holds a ton of stuff but still super cute and I get a lot of compliments on it.
