Good Alternative to Plastic or Silicone

I'm relatively happy with these tongs. Was looking for an alternative to plastic or silicone tongs and found these. Decent size. A choice of several size options would be good. A bit trickier to open and close than standard tongs and they don't grip quite as well. However, we are trying to reduce plastics in our home, so we're happy to use this alternative. Appear to be well made.
