Not the same

I LOVED this highlighter and was so sad when it was discontinued. But when I found out it was brought back I was sooo excited. However it’s not the same after its hiatus. The formula is so dry. I know this isn’t a cream highlighter but the previous formula was so smooth. This one just isn’t cutting it for me and it makes me so sad :/
