Way too long

I have extensions, and my hair reaches almost to my butt. The long version’s description said for medium to long hair. This would be appropriate for hair down to my knees. It sucks because it just makes it hard to work with and also sleep in. The curls are nice, but I wish exchanges or returns were accepted so I could get the correct length.

Fabric is too sensitive

This is a really comfortable bra, and your customer service was wonderful truly. I bought the bra and then my hair brush brushed against it while I was getting ready and the fabric instantly pulled. I reached out to customer service, they were wonderful and sent a replacement right away, and were very responsive and kind. I have the second bra now and just from normal use the fabric has pulls in it, and I’ve only had it a couple weeks. I think with this specific bra the fabric is just too fragile for day-to-day use.
