Partial Shade Wildflower Seed Mix

Not worth the money!

I’m extremely disappointed in these seeds. I have green plants but very little blooms. Also, there are only 3 - 4 different flowers instead of the 21 that was supposed to be in the mix. I bought these to go next to my gorgeous Zinnias because it is more shaded in that area. I have been buying my Zinnia seed from Eden for several years and would highly recommend them.

90% one flower type

Wanting to create wild flower areas around our small acreage, I ordered a large variety pack of these and one of southeastern wild flowers. The flowers that have come up are lovely, however more than 90% of them are orange cosmos, there are a few dahlias, and so far I can see only 2 cornflowers. I am aware that the variety is not guaranteed, however I expected at least a decent variety, not just mostly one and a small sprinkling of 2 other types of the many listed in the packet ad. I was happy to find an in state company that sells heirloom seeds and bulbs, but am disappointed at how little variety I received compared to what I expected.

Not growing

2nd time planting these seeds. Tried going different this year. Instead of spreading on ground. We covered seeds with top soil , they started growing immediately. It’s been a few weeks now and they are only about an inch high. Same as last year.
