Love this Product!

The product is great. I add a bit more water to make a thinner pancake that fills my entire pan. It comes out more like a crepe. I add frozen wild Canadian blueberries before cooking and 100% Canadian maple syrup before eating. Such an easy, delicious way to get a protein-rich breakfast.

The product is great. One issue I find with it is that it gets thick quickly and hard to scoop into the pan to form a pancake. Otherwise an excellent product that taste great.
