Amazing stitching and customer service

Beautiful quality. It took me awhile to send in photos after placing an order — the cat I was memoralizing lived during the age of print photos so I had a hard time finding digital ones. Pupsentials was great about choosing from the multiple I sent and patient when I had multiple changes to the proof. Now I have my sweatshirt and a lovely memento of my handsome Atticus.
